Hey there Rise player!

Its dangerous to go alone! So we have one simple form that will allow you to submit a help ticket in one of several different categories.

• Build Help form: This allows you to submit a slurl and description of any issues you find with the build, this is not for faction builds, if you are accepted into a faction and require build changes, notate such on your application and we will get with you as soon as possible.

• Hud Help Form: This allows you to submit any bugs you find with the hud, so it can alert our scripter to any issues.

• Website Help form: This allows you to submit any bugs found on our website so it can alert our staff.

• Player Dispute/Conflict Help form- You can submit this anonymously if you would like to simply bring something to staffs attention, and if that is the case, do NOT include your Username on the form, and do not mark that you would like staff to contact you.
